[VAcourier] Central Billing System - Invoices have been mailed

[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Invoices for Virginia Division dues and National Dues were mailed out 
several days ago to all Virginia SCV members in good standing. We have 
received reports that some of the bills were received in the mail today. 
If you do not receive your invoice within 2 weeks, please contact your 
camp adjutant who will determine the status of your membership.

*Camp Adjutants: *If one of your camp members did not pay their Division 
and National dues last year and they are not on the last camp roster 
supplied by Virginia Division Adjutant Mike Rose, they need to download 
a Virginia Division Reinstatement Form from the Division Web site. From 
the Division homepage, click on the button marked "Join SCV" in the left 
column and locate the form or click on the link below:

If any members were transferred to National HQ Camp #584 because they 
paid their National dues but failed to pay Division dues, they should 
fill out a transfer form, and attach a check for the appropriate dues. 
Reinstatement Forms or Transfer Forms should be mailed to Virginia 
Division Adjutant Mike Rose at the address below:

Reminder - All dues must be received by the Division *prior to October 
31, 2008* to avoid a late fee. If you have any questions, have your camp
