[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

As Army of Northern Virginia Commander and as a former Virginia Division
Commander, I would urge our members to make every attempt at attending this
important function. Our membership has benefitted greatly from efforts made
by Senator Ken Cuccinelli and Walter Curt on our behalf. Cuccinelli was one
of the courageous 4 Senators who demanded a tabulated written vote on our
Confederate History Month bill and Walter Curt has made numerous financial
contributions to SCV events including monies to investigate the US
Historical Society when the Lincoln statue was placed at Tredegar. 
 
Senator Cuccinelli is an announced candidate for Attorney General of
Virginia. He will be on a ticket with Bob McDonnell and Bill Bolling. This
will be the best chance the SCV has had in years to get a Confederate
History and Heritage Month proclamation. All three have PUBLICLY stood for
Confederate issues. This is rare in this day of political correctness. 
 
Please try to attend this party and honor those people who have graciously
stood up for us.
