It is only a half hour before Christmas and I think of the many things 
we have to be grateful for. Our health, our loved ones, a roof over our 
heads, food and so much more than what our Confederate ancestors had as 
they endured year after year of hardship in order to protect our beloved 
Southland.

As we go about our busy Christmas hustle and bustle tomorrow, let us 
take a moment to reflect on our past and to count our many blessings. 
May your hearts be filled with joy at Christmas and may the Lord bless 
you spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, and surround you 
with the joy of family and friends this Christmas.
