[VAcourier] Less than 1 month to submit membership renewals

With less than 1 month to submit membership renewals, this message is 
being sent in an effort to encourage as many camps and adjutants as 
possible to submit their renewal forms received thus far to Division 
Treasurer Joe Wright for processing. Since the Division Treasurer must 
receive the payments with correct accompanying documentation in enough 
time to allow him to process them and send them to GHQ prior to the 
October 31, 2008 deadline for renewals, this means you must mail your 
forms and check at least a week before that cutoff date or you may incur 
an additional $5.00 reinstatement fee per member.

Do not hold onto any completed forms while waiting to receive the rest 
from your camp members. It is better to send what you have now in 
bundles of 5 or more to ensure that as many as possible are processed 
and credited prior to the cutoff date. Any package received after 
October 31 will be considered delinquent and returned for a late payment 
of $5.00 per member. These late packages will need to be sent to Adj. 
Mike Rose for reinstatement and proper credit at that time.

If you have any questions, please contact your Brigade Commanders. If 
they cannot answer your questions, you can contact Division Treasurer 
Joe Wright for membership renewals or Adj. Mike Rose for reinstatements, 
transfers, and new members. A replacement renewal form can be requested 
by sending an e-mail to Division Treasurer Joe Wright at 
treasurer at scvva.org along with the name & address, camp name and camp 
number of the member who needs the replacement form.
