appointment of Compatriot Joe Lively as the Virginia Division Heritage 
Defense Coordinator. As a past Army Officer, Educator, Author, and 
Southern Heritage Activist, Joe is more than equipped and capable to 
fulfill the duties of Division Heritage Defense Coordinator. His contact

We are very fortunate to have both Joe Lively and Past Division 
Commander Frank Earnest, who was recently appointed as National Heritage 
Defense Chief, working together to deal with the issues and possible 
heritage violations that are brought to our attention at the Division 
level.
