[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Time is short for the submission of the 2008-2009 dues. Thank you to all 
the camps and adjutants that have returned the Division generated bills 
in a timely fashion. Any camps or adjutants who have not submitted their 
original forms should mail them now to the Virginia Division Treasurer 
so they can be processed for proper credit.

Members who have misplaced or need replacement bills must contact the 
Division Treasurer no later than October 25 to request a replacement 
bill. Please include the name, address, and member number for each 
replacement bill. Requests for replacement bills will not be honored 
after October 25. This action is necessary to allow time for mail travel 
and to properly process correctly submitted renewals and then mailing 
those payments to GHQ by November 1, 2008.

Photocopies, facsimiles, and/or spreadsheets as used in the past, will 
not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Renewals received 
postmarked after October 31, 2008 will be returned because a $5.00 late 
fee per member for both Division and National (total of $10.00 
additional) must be included prior to being processed. Any submissions 
after October 31 should be sent to Division Adjutant Mike Rose.
