[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Attached is the latest edition of the Old Dominion Voice. Please 
distribute to your camp members. A copy will be placed on the Division 
Web site as well. Please note the 2008-2009 Billing System Overview on 
page 5. This information will be useful to camps who are in the process 
of renewing the dues of their members.

Since renewals must be processed by Division Treasurer Joe Wright and 
submitted to National HQ by October 31, you must send any renewals to 
Treasurer Wright prior to the deadline date to allow for processing and 
mail travel time. Several weeks would be advisable in case the check or 
accompanying documentation is incorrect and needs to be returned to the 
sender.  Reinstatement information can be found on page 4.

If your camp has photos and articles that you would like to share, 
please send them to Division Adjutant Mike Rose at adjutant at scvva.org 
for possible inclusion in the next issue of the ODV.
