[VAcourier] Convention Packets

Camp Adjutants,

I had received third hand information that some Convention Packets were
delivered with postage due (none were returned). I did some checking and
have verified this issue.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenince this may have caused. Many
mailings have went out with the same number of sheets in them, so I do not
understand why the USPS is now charging more, unless it is tied into the
recent rate increase. I will check into that before any other substantial
mailings are made.

When things like this happen, please let me know ASAP, so that it can be
corrected. In this case, had I not heard it "throguh the grapevine" I would
have not known it existed.

If anyone needs to be reimbursed for the additional postage, please see me
at the Convention, or send me an email at adjutant at scvva.org.
