[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Adjutants,

Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, Rosters will
be delayed. I am planning on having them mailed by 15 JAN10. However, if you
need your Camp roster before then, please email me and I will send it right
away. Also, if you prefer email vs. snail mail, please let me know. (Those
that already have do not need to resubmit their request).

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear Camp Adjutants,

Since renewals have slowed down remarkably, I am going to do a roster purge
on 1 DEC 09. Anyone that is still status '2008' will be dropped from the
rolls.

On or about 15 DEC 09, I will be mailing out updated rosters, as well as any
new Life Member certificates for your Camp.

In an effort to reduce costs, if you don't mind having your roster emailed
to you, please let me know before 01 DEC 09. Send your email address to
vadiv.adjutant at gmail.com.
