[VAcourier] 2010 Proposed Amendments to the Virginia Division Constitution

Preparations are earnestly underway for the 2010 Virginia Division 
Convention to be held in Lynchburg. Information about the convention has 
been posted on the Virginia Division Web site and sent out on the 
Virginia Courier. One of the first issues to be dealt with are proposed 
amendments to the Virginia Division Constitution which will be presented 
and voted on at the Convention in April.

All submissions must be received by February 24, 2010 to be considered 
at the 2010 Virginia Division Convention.

Section 1. This Constitution may be amended at any Division Convention 
by a two-thirds vote, provided that the amendment has been submitted to 
the Chairman of the Resolutions Committee at least forty-five (45) days 
prior to the Convention and sent to each camp in good standing at least 
thirty (30) days prior to the Convention.
