[VAcourier] Virginia Division Camp Award Program

[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Attached is a proposal for the establishment of a Virginia Division Camp 
Award Program. The Awards Committee will review year-end division camp 
reports and any camps meeting the specified requirements as outlined 
will be considered for the award.

This program will foster camp participation, boost morale at the camp 
level, and instill camaraderie and unity among the camps. For additional
