[VAcourier] Mailing of Division Billing Statement

[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Attention all Virginia Division Compatriots, camp commanders and adjutants:

Please be advised that your Virginia Division Billing Statement is being 
mailed to your listed address on file with the Virginia Division today, 
July 15th. Complete instruction are included on the reverse of the bill. 
All camp adjutants and commanders should notify all of their members to 
be on the lookout for their red billing statement which will be arriving 
in the mail. Please ask them to check the information and return the 
statement and payment back to the camp adjutant/treasurer whose address 
should be listed on the billing statement.

If a member's bill is misplaced, please download a Virginia Division 
Reinstatement Form from the Virginia Division Web site as a replacement. 
To download a reinstatement form, click on the "Join SCV" button on the 
home page or click on this page link: http://www.scvva.org/Join.html and 
look under the heading "Virginia Division Forms." *No replacement bills 
or copies will be issued.* The $5.00 reinstatement fee will apply when 
the reinstatement form is utilized.
