The March issue of the Old Dominion Voice has been posted on the 
Division Web site. Go to the home page located at http://www.scvva.org 
and click on the "ODV" button in the left column. Locate the March 2009 
issue and click on it to download the 1 MB PDF of this issue of the ODV.

Information on the upcoming Virginia Division Convention, including 
proposed amendments, are included in this issue of the ODV. Also 
included is information on the ANV Sesquicentennial Scholarship.
