[Virginia Division SCV Communication List]

Camp Adjutants,
In accordance with the Virginia Division Constitution, this
year's Proposed Amendments have been mailed to you.

The Convention Packets were deposited in the USPS last evening, Sunday March
23, 2009, ahead of the March 26, 2009 deadline.

Each packet contains the following:

   - Proposed Amendments
   - Convention Information & Registration Form
   - Camp Roster as of the March 11, 2009 freeze
   - Credentials Form

These packets were mailed to your address on record with the Virginia
Division. You should receive this packet sometime this week. If you do not,
please contact me.
