Author Jeff Toalson will be presenting a program and offering a book 
signing for his new publication, "Send Me A Pair of Boots
and Kiss My Little Girls", Monday, February 22, 7 PM at Providence 
Baptist Church in Harrisonburg. Toalson's 417 page book is
based on 300 letters written between Captain Richard Watkins, Co. K, 3rd 
Virginia Cavalry, CSA and his wife, Mary during the
War Between the States. These letters told of hardships and strife from 
a soldiers perspective as well as  struggles experienced
by his family back home. Providence Baptist Church is located at 1441 
Erickson Ave. off of Rt.42 south, Harrisonburg, VA. For
